The aquarium water surface may develop unsightly oil slicks due to fish waste, uneaten feeds, and dirty air.
Oil slicks reduce the amount of gas exchange at the water surface and the air above which will reduce the amount of oxygen in the water.
Oil slicks also cause reductions in light penetration into the water.
SUNSUN Surface Skimmers can effectively remove any oil slicks and keep the water surface clean and clear.

Best
Produces little larger bubbles than JY-02. Very little difference between JY-02 & JY-03. JY-03 is taller & wider with transparent covering. Easy to see if sponge needs cleaning. If the tank size is not bigger 02 is the goto option.
Does a good job of removing surface muck and flexible oxygenation. But the sponge tends to get dirty often, just clean often. Otherwise the best, budget friendly option.
