Each model includes multi-stage filter cartridges and biological filter foams to ensure optimal water quality and clarity. The number of cartridges and foams inside the unit depends on the filter size. EASY INSTALLATION The adjustable leveler foot helps secure the filter to different aquarium glass thickness. The transparent telescopic intake tube extends from 6 in. to 14 in. for varying aquarium heights. Perfect fit The adjustable spacers ensure that the BioStyle hang-on filter fits perfectly into the aquarium. OASE GmbH grants a manufacturer’s guarantee under the conditions cited below; the guarantee period is designated on a productspecific basis. This is provided in the form of supplemental text with the product.
The designated guarantee period starts with the inital new product purchase from an OASE dealer. In the event of subsequent sale the guarantee period does not start over again from the beginning. The guarantee period is neither extended nor restarted through guarantee performances; legal guarantee claims do not occur on guarantee performances.
Kindly note that unboxing video is mandatory for multi part products like skimmer, canister filter, LED lights, pump and glassware items to confirm the receipt of the contents inside the box are in tact and safe. Kindly note that all shipments are insured against transit damage. Customer need to report the damage within 48Hrs against receipt of the shipment, NO refund / NO exchange / NO replacement will be offered if customer fail to provide unboxing video or inform the damage
