kH TEST PROCEDURE
- Take 5 mi of water sample to the container/tube using the 5ml syringe provided.
- Shake the Solution ‘A’ liquid dropper bottle well and add one drop to the container, Water sample turns Colour EMERALD GREEN
- Add Solution ‘B’ one drop at a time with continuous stirring until the emerald green tinge disappears from the solution and turns ORANGE RED
- Be sure to count the number of drops being added
- The colour of solution at the end is ORANGE RED under normal conditions
- Every single drop of solution ‘B’ counts for 1dKH
