Recommended feeding
Young turtles should be fed as much as they can consume within about 10 minutes by adding the sticks to the water , 2-4 times a day
For adult turtles, 4-5 feeds a week in the same manner are sufficient
Due to its high protein content, this food should be given to tortoises as an occasional treat as a change to their main vegetable diet
Weakened animals can be given fed as their staple food for a limited length to time to strengthen
Soften the required amount briefly in water before fearing
